Focus of this role:

Oversee the operations for all service departments, parts departments and body shops in all locations; responsible for the reputation, efficiency and profitability of these departments. Support the company vision by partnering with the general manager at each location to create safe, efficient and profitable departments within the organization

Compensation, Benefits and other information:

Excellent Compensation Package – includes base salary plus (tailored accordingly)

1st year total income minimum expectations - $150,000 - 175,000

Responsibilities include:

Working with department managers to improve profitability and efficiency

Promoting respect and teamwork in all departments.

Insuring the communication of all goals throughout the individual departments and locations.

Monthly recognition of top performers within the organization.

Preparing an annual operating budget, goals and objectives for each department

Daily review and reporting of departmental objectives

Reviewing all receivables to insure timely and accurate collections.

Creating dealership service and pricing policies for approval by the General Managers.

Reviewing all departments at all locations and creating a formal business plan for each location

Meeting with all general managers weekly to discuss progress or concerns.

Following company policies regarding employee reviews and fair compensation.

Listening and analyzing all suggestions, complaints, etc. -- consult with the General Manager/Dealer on personnel problems that need his attention

Directing the hiring and training of managers for the Service, Parts and Body Departments

Setting the example by giving enthusiastic leadership

Education: HS Diploma / Equivalent
