“Be a Customer Service Representative for our BACK OFFICE account!”


• Review accounts with disputed items and exhaust recovery options to avoid taking financial losses

• Process disputed items according to association and federal government guidelines

• Correspond with cardholders, merchants and merchant banks as part of processing dispute cases

• Manage prepaid card negative balances, and minimize losses for by utilizing chargebacks

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees

• Excellent communications skills, both written and oral

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make swift, sound judgments

• Strong proficiency working with web browsers, strong web navigations skills and ability to work effectively with proprietary, web-based tools

• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree

Preferred but not required:

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Financial Accounts (CS for credit/debit card products)

• Understanding of the payment industry

• Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard Chargeback process

Recruitment hours is from 11AM-5PM (Mondays-Fridays)
