One of our client, Bestjet.com is Australia’s newest online travel agency with its Head Office based in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. Bestjet.com has been established to transform the online travel experience by removing hidden fees from online flight bookings. It is fast becoming Australia’s preferred way to book online.

Bestjet.com is looking for TRAVEL CONSULTANTS to ensure the delivery of competent and efficient customer support services to travelers booking with Bestjet.com. This role requires the ability to engage with customers, mediate with industry partners, and work alongside Bestjet management to deliver the quality of service that reflects the Bestjet brand.

SCHEDULE: DAYSHIFT, as early as 4AM.

SALARY: PHP 20,000 - 30,000 PLUS Php 5,000 (Perfect Attendance)

Required Qualifications and Competencies:

- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience as a travel specialist or consultant in a BPO setting.

- Must have working knowledge in the use of native SABRE (must know the commands).

- Has a sound capacity in building passenger name records, ticket re/issuance, fare calculation, and accurate knowledge in fare rules interpretation.

- Must be keen to details and able to deliver the tasks required with emphasis on quality, efficiency, and accountability.

- With proven customer service skills that focuses on customer satisfaction and retention

- Has the ability to work under pressure to competing deadlines, unsupervised, with a small supportive team.

- Must be willing to work in a flexible environment on a 24 hour, 365 day roster.

- Must be willing to work in Cebu City.

- Willing to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assists customer by providing product and service information during email

and phone-in inquiries about Bestjet bookings and processes.

- Resolves product or service concerns by clarifying the customer’s

complaint and offering the best solution to solve the problem.

- Effectively communicate and work with customers during ticket reissuance

for voluntary and airline-initiated changes.

- Ensures that all processes conducted on the Passenger Name Records adhere

to the procedures, guidelines and standards of Bestjet and the travel

industry.

- Support the Team Leader in the delivery of services and programs that

ensures the strengthening of the Bestjet Brand.
