Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder.With 0 to 3 years’ experience as a Receptionist or Secretary or Coordinator.

Candidates on Visit Visa preferred.

Excellent Telephone Skills and Verbal Communication.

Experience of working for a multinational company.

Available to join immediately.

0 - 3 Yrs of experience in similar profile.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, virtual assistant or office admin assistant

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Marketing background is a major plus

Bachelor's Degree

Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
