Candidates' Qualifications:

* At least 18 years old

* Average to Excellent English communications Skills

* College grad/ at least 2 years College Undergrad/ High School Grad/ SHS Grad

* Amenable to work for 8 hours

* Call center experience is not required but an advantage

* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status

Required Skills and Knowledge:

*High level of attention to detail in addition to demonstrated customer service and sales skills.

*Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.

*Strong oral, written communication and organizational skills.

*Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressures in highly interruptive conditions.

*Detail oriented and ability to multi-task utilizing multiple computer programs.

*Computer experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Internet products.

*Flexible to changes and has a sense of urgency

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Respond to customers' inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

* Maintain a competent and polite temperament when conversing with consumers and peers
