Integrated Global Staffing (IGS) is searching for a Project Controls (SME) to work as part of a team to optimize analysis tools, assist with integrated scheduling and performance evaluations to enable DOE to ensure cost and schedule efficiency and managing programmatic risk.

The position is located Richland, WA. The contractor will provide support as necessary in the Federal Building, 825 Jadwin or

at MSA headquarters building, 2490 Garlick or as directed by management.

Description of Scope

PFM provides the support and expertise necessary to optimize the cleanup mission lifecycle and enables DOE-RL to achieve the Hanford end state vision successfully.

• Provide expertise, processes and systems to identify key interface points between Hanford mission scope.

• Provide expertise, processes and systems to assess performance against the HLCCB and assessments of that performance on future successors of the HLCCB.

• Provide expertise in portfolio risk management and assessment and assist in the development or improvement of a Program Risk Management Plan.

• Provide expertise with processes and systems to assess operational and business performance against established goals and metrics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field.

A minimum of 15 years of direct technical experience supporting Department of Energy (DOE) and/or DOE prime contractors in the development of project and program Life Cycle baselines; integrated priority lists; portfolio or program risk assessment and project, program and business performance assessments.

Desired Qualifications

A Master of Business Administration degree is highly desired.

Experience with Hanford liquid waste disposition; direct interaction with the DOE on the establishment of Hanford mission inputs and assumptions including system modeling.

Subcontractor shall ensure that its personnel meet and maintain the appropriate training, qualifications, and certification requirements as applicable.
