SUMMARY: The Human Resources Manager will administer human resource policies, partner, plan, coordinate, and implement HR activities for this manufacturing location. You will also maintain positive employee relations while developing and executing human resource initiatives that support the quality, finance, and supply chain objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as an advisor to the leadership team by providing insight, coaching and HR related solutions to business challenges.

Provide clear guidance to management regarding policies, practices, laws and regulations to ensure all human resource policies and programs follow regulatory requirements and supports the business objectives.

Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Establishes diversity initiatives and maintains legislative compliance through EEO practices.

Drive Talent Growth initiatives throughout the organization including personalized development of high potentials and emerging leaders from front line to leadership levels.

Lead organizational competence reviews to measure talent strength, determine skill gaps and recognize and implement necessary developmental activities.

Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by supporting a zero-incident culture.

Motivates and coaches’ employees and managers to maintain high levels of engagement, manager effectiveness, productivity, and quality.

Reviews key HR metrics, studies route causes and trends and recommends appropriate actions to meet goals.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Business Administration from an accredited institution

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources with increasing responsibility

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree preferred

PHR or SPHR certification

Experience supporting remote employees
