In conjunction with our business development plans, Phu Hung Life Insurance JSC. is currently seeking for potential candidates for the position of Claims Officer as the job description below:

1. Communication:

- Received and handle complaints or queries from customers or agencies.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to co-handle the crisis/incident regarding complaints to recover the trust of customer and prevent crisis repeating.

- Propose changes to business process and other related activities to ensure service standard and enhance service quality of relevant departments and agencies force as well.

- Participate in the analysis report on the complaint for service recovery and prevent crisis occurring. Follow-up, report and close cases as requirement.

- Support programs, projects, ad-hoc tasks, section/ department's activities/duties such as propose development and management of procedures when needed.

2. Administration:

- Adjudicate and process claims in accordance to policies and guidelines; raise clarifications when necessary.

- Plan and organize the processing schedule to ensure timely.

- Prepare and deliver claims letter according to clients and agencies.

- Support in managing inquiries from clients or agencies via email or phone.

- Participate in user acceptance test.

- Prepare monthly report of claim analysis.

- Document and maintain work procedures.

Job Requirements:

- College/University graduated, medical background and insurance industry are advantages.

- At least 05 working years experienced in Claim, Underwriting, Policy Service or Customer Service.

- Customer-centric mindset, negotiation, problem solving, analytical thinking and excellent communication.

- Listen actively, proactive, independent, corrective, and flexible.

- Responsible, careful and hard-working.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel).

- Fair in English skills.
