SUMMARY

The Office Administrator will work with the Location Manager to ensure that the location/office is a safe, healthy, and effective place of work to support the operation of the business. This role will provide administrative support as needed at both the local and corporate level. The Office Administrator will also serve as the reception back-up.

MAIN DUTIES

1. Ensuring the branch is operating efficiently by maintaining accurate administrative records and managing supply inventories

2. Coordinating the maintenance of health and safety equipment as well as the building maintenance, including but not limited to office cleaning, garbage removal, snow removal, landscaping, building security, phone system, etc.

3. Assisting with travel and event management by coordinating travel and accommodations, and catering for meetings and/or training sessions

4. Acting as branch representative for corporate initiatives. such as onboarding, security clearances, etc.

5. Assisting with another administrative tasks as deemed appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of National Diploma (ND)

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
