Industrial Maintenance Technician

To be a good fit for the Maintenance Technician opportunity, you will have:

A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is preferred.

5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, including:

Solid mechanical skills.

Electrical experience (up to 480 volts, 3-phase motors, etc.) is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with PLC is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent leadership and facilitation skills.

Solid interpersonal and written communication skills.

The ability to guide, teach and communicate effectively with others.

For about the first month, you will work Monday through Friday days for training. After that you will work a rotating schedule:

In week one you'll work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

In week two you'll work Wednesday and Thursday.

Shifts are 12 hours, from 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM. On this schedule, you will have seven 12-hour shifts per paycheck, and one week will always include overtime.
