Customer Service/eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist

This position will be integral to Chabaso’s new Direct to Consumer (DTC) - eCommerce strategy, and will collaborate closely with marketing, technology, wholesale sales, customer service and production. This is a seasonal position through December with the potential to grow into a regular position.


• Support our Wholesale Sales Team with Customer Support on several important new product launches.

• Assist in determining internal SOPs for our direct-to-consumer eCommerce website.

• Operate as the point-person for customer service interactions including calls, online chats, social media, e-mail, snail mail, etc. to ensure proper online order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure correct, on-time fulfillment of all direct-to-consumer orders using our technology and collaborating closely with team members.

• Assist in physical inventories and the accurate counting and reconciliation of customer unit and case inventories.

• Load, unload, move, stock, stage, and transport product to shipping locations utilizing non-powered material handling equipment as needed.

• Resolve any issues which prevent us from meeting our customer needs.

• Collaborate with Wholesale Sales Team on phone support for new customers at the retail store level.


• One year of previous eCommerce order fulfillment experience is strongly preferred.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing customer service utilizing both phone and web interactions is required.

• Solid working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Docs is required

• Solid written and verbal communication, listening, organization and priority setting skills.

• Proven team player who has the ability to communicate clearly, intelligently and concisely in a collaborative environment to all levels.

• Possess solid interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with employees, customers, and all levels of management.

• Must be able to perform continuous bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, pulling, and lifting of moderate to heavy weight material up to 50 lbs.

• Vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distinguish color, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

• Ability to keep his/her composure with co-workers in everyday, potentially stressful situations.
