Customer Service Lead

Are you an experienced customer service agent looking to take the next step in your career? Rochester manufacturing company is seeking a Customer Service Lead to head their team to ensure customer satisfaction on a global scale. This is a critical, hands-on role that offers an exciting employee benefits package as well as room for growth.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Lead:

Working within company ERP system to maintain orders

Understand and utilize daily metrics in CSR action plan

Direct customer service inquiries to proper departments and solutions to ensure satisfaction

Track all customer feedback

Provide backing to sales team

Qualifications for Customer Service Lead:

2+ years of experience in a comparable role within the manufacturing industry

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Prior experience using ERP software

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills

Experience working in an ISO9001 or AS9100 environment is highly preferred

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm direct hire role, pay is DOE.
