Position Description:

Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions. Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry including college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and affirmative action programs. Conducts reference checks. May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates.

Department Description

The Millennial Strategy team is a team of passionate individuals who are working to help Client leverage the millennial opportunity. Client is uniquely positioned to be the employer and healthcare provider of choice for millennials; our team is busy at work to help Client realize this opportunity. Our team is deep in the process of building a vision and strategy that will help Client become market leader and employer of choice for millennials. Our largest program, Stretch@CLIENT, supports the Workforce pillar and is seeking to transform the way we get work done and develop the people of Client. We do this through an online platform that matches people with resource-constrained projects across the organization.

We are seeking to hire a Junior Matchmaker on a contingent basis to support the Stretch@CLIENT program with matching people to projects. The Junior Matchmaker will work with the Relationship Manager (aka Matchmaker) to manage a set of projects that need to be matched with talent.

Principal responsibilities:

- Assist Relationship Manager in matching participants to projects

- Work with project hosts to understand scope of project and key requirements for participants

- Identify potential candidates for open projects

- Conduct pre-screen interviews with candidates to determine fit

- Connect vetted candidates with project host for further interviewing

- Facilitate formal participant selection


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Skill Set: Full life-cycle recruitment experience. Must have experience meeting with internal/external clients.

- Strong attention to detail

- Recruiting/talent matching capabilities

- Collaborative team collaboration

- Strong communication skills, written and oral

- Creative problem solving orientation

- Flexible and adaptable to supporting new processes

- Self-starter mentality

QUALIFICATIONS: 2 - 5 years of customer support, recruiting, or HR generalist experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, communications, operations, or related field
