We are looking for a highly talented, thorough, execution-oriented and responsible Bookkeeper & Office Assistant who can help take OBI to the next step.


-General bookkeeping and bill paying using Excel/ Innotas/ SAP Fieldglass

-Accounting and balancing the book by Capital Plan/ LRP Budget

-Inventory management of Vendor License renewals/ payments

-Data entry using Microsoft/ Innotas tools

-Assuring accuracy in financial reporting

-Managing and responding to chargebacks

-Recording, reconciling and auditing accounting data

-Prepare monthly financial and operational reports

-Prepare and/or review of all expense reports for accuracy and proper expense disclosure

-Daily office operations (answer phone, check mails, and mail sorting)

-Work closely with members of all departments and maintain open channels of communication

-Maintain office/shipping supplies and reorder when needed

-Organize company events and celebrations

-Keep office neat and orderly

-Perform other related duties as assigned


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:


-Total of 5+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper and Office Assistant roles with exposure to latest technologies/ ideas

-Must have worked in IT division of IT/ Non-IT companies

-Should be a self-starter with a positive attitude

-Expert level skills in Microsoft Office

-Expert level skills in SAP Fieldglass and Innotas

-Impeccable organization and record keeping skills

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Have strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly

-Must be articulate, courteous, patient, and professional at all time with a sense of timeliness and completion

-Ability to take initiative, multi-task and adjust priorities as needed

-Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and a track record of working tirelessly to find solutions to problems

-Work well independently and well with a team

-Local candidates only to work in our North Chicago office

Focused Requirements: Total of 5+ years as a bookkeeper and office assistant with exposure to latest technologies/ideas.
