Customer service over the phone, inbound sales and service calls

Use a variety of tools and resources to creatively assist customers

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative:

At least 1 year of experience with high call volume customer service

Strong computer proficiency

Experience in the travel industry preferred, but not required

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required

This is a Monday-Friday schedule with first shift hours 10:00AM - 7:00PM. This position has great potential for optional overtime. Some overtime hours can be worked from home.
