Contact Center Representative

Locally-based and member-owned credit union with branches all over Maine and New Hampshire is looking for a team member to join their Contact Center team.

Responsibilities for Contact Center Representative:

Provide assistance to members with account and product questions

Facilitate online account openings from application to closing

Troubleshoot any member issues with online services

Process daily transaction and member security checks

Qualifications for Contact Center Representative:

One year of transferable experience

High attention to detail and organization

Excellent customer service abilities

The Contact Center Representative position is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm, every other Saturday 8:00am – 1:00pm. Pay is $14/hr.
