About: FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Increase sales revenue and profitability of the branch / district

Recruit, interview and hire sales professionals (Territory Managers)

Train, lead, and motivate the sales team

Evaluate performance; Drive sales team revenue and market share

Ensure each Territory Manager develops a strategic approach / focus for new account development, as well as supporting/developing customer accounts within their territory

Maintain a positive and proactive work environment

Develop strong relationships with clients and assist team in delivering a high level of client care

Work with customer and appropriate internal staff to resolve customer issues

Limited Reporting; Forecasting, Daly Call Reports

Additional responsibilities as assigned

TO BE CONSIDERED:

Current / Recent Industry experience – Business Equipment (Copier / MFP / MPS)

Supervisory, management and training experience

Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership skills; planning, goal-setting, allocation, objectives, negotiation, etc.

Ability to prioritize with excellent communication skills

Valid Driver’s License required.
