Office Manager

Spectrum Consulting is seeking an Office Manager for our client in the Dover NH area.

Area of responsibility are:

Coordinate office operations to ensure requirements are met on a daily basis

Recruit and manage staff for the company in administrative roles

Ensure efficient operation of office equipment

Maintain office supply inventory for the company

Provide backup support to Payroll

Facilitate all computer issues and troubleshoot with employees

The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, MAS & Sage software
