We are currently looking for hard working and self-motivated Administration and Data Entry Officer to working as part of the team. The ideal candidate have strong computer and analytical skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If this sounds like you then keep reading!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for data entry within agreed deadlines and timescales

• Monitoring and maintaining the recovery process and keeping

• Assisting in resolving customer inquiries and complaints

• Updating and maintaining customer accounts

• Prepare and file documents for scanning

• Producing paperwork and amendments

• Other duties as may be assigned

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent attention to detail

• A strong and positive work ethic

• Exceptional customer service skills

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience

• Ability to work independently and use initiative

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Fully competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
