Supply Chain Analyst

In this role, you will use your skills to analyze and track inventory availability for specific projects. You will increase visibility on project order fulfillment by communicating on a daily basis with the sales team using a project tracker. You will work closely with plant schedulers and buyers to plan and execute to production schedules and purchase orders to ensure the inventory is available on time. In this role, you will work heavily in SAP.

What is the position?

Analyze inventory availability and project material availability dates.

Use project management tools to create timing and action plans.

Communicate progress to the timing and action plans to the sales team on a daily basis.

Utilize SAP transactions provide dates to the sales team.

Work with the plants and customer service to secure the inventory for the specific project.

Proactively manage risks and communicate proactively to the supply chain and sales teams.

Support the AFO and WFO customer service support mailboxes.

What do you bring?

Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Supply Chain or Operations Management.

Three to five years’ experience required in Supply Chain with an understanding of inventory drivers, control processes and tools and logistics.

Three to five years’ experience in the use of SAP.

Mastery-level knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and data management.

Very strong project management skills.

Excellent communication skills.
