We have a new employment opportunity for a highly experienced Licensed Health Facility Administrator / Health Facility Administrator (LNHA / HFA) in a non-profit long-term care / skilled nursing facility (LTC / SNF) in the Fresno, California area. The chosen Administrator will enjoy leading this skilled nursing facility.

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator responsibilities:

• Managing staff and personnel

• Coordinating nursing and ancillary departments through state survey preparation

• Facilitating community relations and census development

• Directing overall operations of the facility to culminate in delivery of the highest level of quality care

• Maintaining financial stability

• Ensuring facility upkeep

Nursing Home Administrator requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Employment stability

• Current Nursing Home Administrator’s license in good standing.

• Prior experience as a Licensed Executive Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility / SNF

• Tactful and diplomatic nature
