Schafer Veterinary Clinic is seeking a motivated customer service representative (CSR) for a busy, one doctor, AAHA accredited, small animal practice in Arvada Colorado. We are family oriented and treat each patient as if they are our own. We are looking for someone who is: friendly, compassionate, able to remain calm under stress, work well with team, independent, self directing, exceptional with clients and their pets, energetic, reliable, and able to multitask. Veterinary experience and knowledge of Avimark software is preferred but not required. We recognize that our CSR holds one of the most important jobs at the practice. The CSR is responsible for exceeding client expectations scheduling appointments, managing phone lines, coordinating patient visits, and has strong organizational skills. The customer service representative needs to be ready to make a positive and professional impact as client relationships are formed and maintained. This is a part-time position, working varied 9 hours shifts between 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday, and 8am – 1 pm Friday.
