Description:

Responsible for maintaining the slot database and all related regulatory documentation. Establishes and adheres to uniform data standards. Tracks and reports on all available machine configurations.

Proficient in all slot data system reports. Knowledgeable of other in-house systems, game information, and the data warehouse for investigating and reporting on slot performance and guest and employee concerns.

Proficient in MS Office with the ability to generate detailed documents, analysis and presentations.

Produces daily, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc operational performance analysis on slot department games and employees. Makes recommendations on slot product to maximize revenue potential.

Assists in the analysis of table game performance, as needed.

Works closely with the VP of Casino and Director of Slot Operations.

Organizes and completes assigned projects within established time frames.

Basic proficiency in CAD type programs to maintain the slot floor layout schematics.

Communicates with Casino Accounting and IT to ensure the integrity of the system is maintained and proper financial procedures are followed when making changes on the floor or in the database.

Protects the confidentiality of all company files and documents under their immediate control.

Generates slot work orders.

Adheres to property and NJ Gaming Control Board internal control standards.

Stays abreast of changes in the casino environment to best serve the objectives of the organization.

Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Promotes outstanding customer and employee relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the sector required

Tri Lingual - Italian / Spanish / English

Strong critical thinker with core analytical skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.

Professional in appearance and demeanor.

Ability to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook) ACSC, SMS, Delphi, CDI, Showcase.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
