Senior Customer Service Representative

Wildly successful and innovative media company in Dover, NH is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in a seasonal role. This company offers a fun and casual environment in which dedicated employees are given the opportunity to grow their professional skills.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:

Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

Assist customer with the placement of orders, refunds, exchanges or cancellation of orders via email and phone inquiries.

Work with sales orders and credit memos when applicable

Back up to office staff on administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:

Excellent oral and written communication skills

High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office

This position works Monday-Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm. Pay rate is $16+ DOE. This is a seasonal role through the end of the holiday season, however, there is an opportunity for growth for qualified candidates.
