A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced, creative & enthusiastic pastry chef/baker. We are looking for a dynamic person with solid pastry skills able to work alone & on own initiative in a busy & rewarding environment. A personality with a 'can do' attitude & flexible outlook.

Production of all pastry / bakery goods for large staff restaurant.

You will have flair and the vision to create and produce new dishes to ensure that we continue to lead the way in this field.

Must have at least 4 years work exp.

Relevant experience as a Head Pastry Chef is ideal, however a strong Sous Chef would be considered if you have the right skill set and experience.
