Functional Medicine / Pain Management- Nurse Practitioner - (Part-Time) 2 Days per week Physical Medicine, Regenerative Medicine and Pain Management –Bloomington, IL (New Recent Graduates Considered) Flexible Hours! (New position adding a second provider due to the growth of the service!)

WHO WE ARE :

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, go-getter Nurse Practitioner to join our Physical Medicine Team. We are a quick growing office, and we’re looking for someone who can jump into a system quickly while contributing their own magic touch.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING HERE?

Injection therapy (trigger point injections, joint injections, tendon sheath injections) • Orthopedic evaluations, physical exams, regenerative medicine including IV vitamins, hormone therapy and prescribing acute non-narcotic pain modalities • Assisting clients with their questions, care and experience in the office • Extensive follow-up with clients • Collaborating with rehabilitation staff on client’s care

MUST HAVES:

Current and valid license in the state of Illinois • Will be required to obtain prescriptive authority. No opiates are dispensed in this practice.

POSITION DETAILS:

Starting salary $42.50-$45.00 per hour (Depending Upon Experience for 2 days per week Monday and Wednesday or Thursday) paid malpractice insurance, DEA and License renewal, $250 monthly health insurance stipend, $2500, continuing education stipend, monthly $50 resource credit, gym membership • no weekends, no on-call, hours will be similar to: • Monday and either Wednesday or Thursday (Providers preference)
