• 3 years of verifiable experience as a technical support of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (8.1/10) and Microsoft Windows Server (2012/2016) environments. Specific software used by the client includes but is not limited to:

o Windows 10

o Office 2016 (64bit)

o Outlook - Signatures

o Skype for business

o IE 11/Chrome with AWARE Case Processing System


o RSCSecure

• Ability to lead discussions and present the individual developed training plans in a classroom setting to groups of non-technical trainees located in the different OOD offices across the State of Ohio

• 3 years of verifiable experience in synchronizing infrastructure support with infrastructure, applications, database administration, security, and networking teams.

• 3 years of experience in technical and non-technical training material development & writing and comfortably instructing the training material in a classroom setting.

• Must be able to write professionally and creatively using layman terms to develop instructional booklets, guides, or step-by-step instructions

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Specialized technical knowledge and experience in Windows Operating Systems (Windows 8 and 10) using tools and technologies within MS Windows Server (2012 or 2016).

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Trainer to work for us as a direct employee at our client on a technology refresh project. He or she will develop training materials for our client’s user community and will work with the project manager and the client’s management and staff.
