Job duties and responsibilities

• Maintain a strong level of knowledge about our products and services

• Build and maintain trustful relationships with clients, provide support, information, and guidance

• Answer potential customers’ questions and cooperate with the development team

• Research competitor’s products for internal communications and effective product positioning

• Deliver sales presentations to customers

• Identify, locate, and qualify new business leads

• Identify partnership opportunities

• Assess results and determine ways to improve the sales process

• Achieve assigned sales goals

Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required, preferably in IT or business Knowledge of relevant aspects of the IT industry or 3 years of successful sales experience in the technology field

• In-depth knowledge of business drivers related to customer needs

• Effective networking, planning, and problem-solving skills

• Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong negotiation and motivational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent presentation skills

• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs
