Bookkeeper/Office Administrator

Small Dover office specializing in industrial supplies is looking to add a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to their team. This position would be mostly bookkeeping but would wear many hats in the office. This role offers great potential for a long-term career fit.

Responsibilities of the Bookkeeper/Office Administrator:

A/P, A/R and general ledgers

In-depth management of accounting figures utilizing proprietary software

Customer service duties, answering inbound calls

Requirements of the Bookkeeper/Office Administrator:

Must have bookkeeping experience and done it in a previous role

Must be flexible to cover other responsibilities

Willingness to learn new software as needed

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

This is a first shift position with a Monday through Friday schedule. Compensation for this position is dependent on experience.
