IT CRM Business Analyst

Required skills/competencies:

1.Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business system requests and user needs.

2.Designs and supports the implementation of Siebel and SalesForce CRM applications.

3.Creates functional design specifications.

4.Performs the testing and certification process.

5.Supports and maintains computer systems and software applications.

6.Interprets, refines and applies methods and procedures in accordance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Information Technology industry standards and best practices as defined

7.Remains current with industry trends in order to conceive, prototype and recommend functional approaches for IT systems and solutions that meet business needs.

8.Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

9.Prior experience working with Siebel CRM applications.

10.Prior Experience working with Salesforce CRM applications.

11.Track effort hours by activity in time management tool

12.Some understanding of IT accounting rules for expense and capital tasks and projects

13.Understands and participates in IT estimation process/activities

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience working on a Siebel to SalesForce migration.

Requires a Bachelor s degree in area of specialty, or equivalent experience

3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Travel Description: Some travel may be required.
