We can ONLY consider your application if you have:

1: 2 or more years of experience in executive and/or broad based compensation

2: Experience working in the executive or broad based, and equity compensation field from a design, implementation, administration, governance and compliance perspective;

3: Bachelor's Degree is required, advanced degree preferable;

4: Experience administering compensation programs using Workday is preferable.

5: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;

6: Broad business and financial acumen and corporate governance standards

7: Knowledge of finance, tax, and accounting standard practices

8: Annual benchmarking and pay recommendations for Section 16 Officers

9: Administering a Deferred Compensation Plan (Section 409A)

10: Strong project management and prioritization skills

We are looking for a Senior Executive Compensation Analyst whose primary focus will be to provide support in the design, implementation and administration of executive and equity compensation programs; with extensive involvement in the preparation of materials being presented to senior management and Compensation Committee of the Board.

Duties and Responsibilities

== Prepare compensation-related proxy tables and assist with the preparation of the Compensation Discussion & Analyst (CD&A) for inclusion in the annual proxy statement;

== Support preparation of deliverables for Compensation Committee meetings and respond to ad-hoc requests from Senior Management or Compensation Committee Chair;

== Maintain equity and executive compensation structures in Workday, and prepare communications for program participants;

== Forecast and model potential plan design changes and their impact on executive and equity compensation;

== Administer nonqualified Deferred Compensation Plan, interacting with third-party recordkeeper to ensure the plan is operating in compliance with the plan document and Section 409A rules;

== Support broad-based compensation programs on an intermittent basis;

== Help ensure programs are competitive, balanced, achieve desired behaviors and results that are closely aligned to the business strategies;

== Team with HR leaders and external consulting partners to validate the effectiveness of plans ensuring: market competitiveness, enterprise/business objectives are achieved, ability to attract/reward/retain top talent;

== Prepare materials for the Board's Compensation Committee

== Prepare the proxy and CD&A;
