Job Duties:

• Possess credentials appropriate for prescription of physical agent modalities in treatment of various musculoskeletal disorders.

• The Occupational Therapist shall possess a good working knowledge of computer applications/software to Include Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft Outlook email and Internet skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Completion of the following:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent too

• A Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Occupational Therapy institution.

Experience: Candidates must have the following experience:

• Two (2) years of experience in the area of Inpatient and/or outpatient hand therapy and

physical disabilities.

Security:

• National Background

• Must be US Citizen

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work site

License/Certification and Training:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) from the American Heart Association

• Current/ unrestricted license to practice Occupational Therapy in any one of the fifty States, the District of Columbia/ the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday

• 40 hours per week

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1hour unpaid lunch)

• Schedule may vary to accommodate demand.
