•Create and manage execution of marketing programs across company including ownership for all creative content, marketing, and merchandising.

•Plan and execute campaigns across paid marketing channels including email, search, display, and social to drive adoption and engagement.

•Strategize and grow traffic from email campaigns and optimize email messaging and targeting.

•Work with designers to develop creative content and messaging for seasonal marketing campaigns and new launches.

•Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve the program.

•Manage a process of iterative A/B testing to continually improve performance through optimized messaging and targeting, documenting the results, sharing best practices, and forming recommendations for next steps.

•Lead the launch of new promotional offers across company owned, and partner marketing channels.

•Manage external vendors relations and drive delivery of key projects that include landing page redesign, and photo shoots.

Basic qualifications:

•3 to 5 years in online consumer marketing or product marketing.

•Experience launching paid campaigns, partner promotions, and ability to learn new tools quickly.

•Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

•Photoshop and web design skills.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Bachelor’s degree.

•MS Office.

Preferred qualifications:

•Experience writing customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the internet shopper.

•Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

•Aptitude for organization.

•Experience managing large amounts of data and developing marketing reports.

•Experience with both bricks-and-mortar and online retailing.

•Understanding and use of web metrics and how to gauge and interpret insights.

•XML/HTML skills - not required to code but ability to troubleshoot.

Typical Day:

•Focusing on launching paid digital campaigns.

•Site merchandising.

•Working with designers and agencies to build new marketing assets.

Remote Work

• Must be onsite in Palo Alto or Seattle.

• May have opportunity to WFH down the road on occasion or on as needed basis.
