Our client, a growing, innovative, cyber security software company in Northern NJ, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their fun and rewarding environment. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for taking an appointment (which is made for you), creating an opportunity and closing the opportunity.

The Inside Sales Representative will perform discovery calls, perform product demonstrations, provide POCs (proof of concept) and do a great job moving the sale through the process.

The Inside Sales Representative:

• Must have a confident and articulate telephone voice

• Will possess telephone sales and closing ability along with Intelligence and Problem-Solving skills

• Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated to reach sales goals

People who know you would describe you as having:

• Three or more years of successful sales experience

• Extraordinary communication skills

• Motivation to grow and win, individually and as part of a team (failure is not an option)

• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and an unwavering work ethic

• Having earned a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing or Business Administration

Salary: $60K Base plus commission (OTE $160K)
