Administrative Customer Service Representative

A leader in its industry, nationally recognized Danvers company is seeking an Administrative Customer Service Rep to assist in their busy office.

Responsibilities for Administrative Customer Service Representative:

Provide support to the office team

Receive inbound calls and welcome office visitors

Aid the accounting team through order reporting and tracking in Excel

Maintain data within the company CRM

Qualifications for Administrative Customer Service Representative

Two or more years of related experience in a busy office environment

Strong Excel skills and proven utilization in a professional environment

Excellent communication skills

This is a full-time, first shift role. Pay is $17 per hour DOE.
