Customer Phone Support Agent

Highly professional and internationally recognized financial company on the Seacoast is seeking strong customer support representatives to join their team. This will be a supplemental assignment to assist with a large project. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a well-respected, business professional environment.

Responsibilities for Customer Phone Support Agent

• Maintain high volume of outbound calls to customers

• Display professional phone etiquette while following outlined practices

• Data entry into software system

Qualifications for Customer Phone Support Agent

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Customer service experience preferred

• High attention to detail
