Required Technical Skill Set

• Expert knowledge and hands on experience required on below technical areas.

• Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016)

• Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Skype for Business

• Core Server infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, AD, ADFS, etc.)

• Microsoft failover clustering

• Blade chassis management (IBM/Lenovo)

• Server Optimization and Hardening

• Xen Desktop, Presentation Server, XenApp

• Commvault

• VMware

• SAN both FC/iSCSI

• Windows Debug, Crash dump analysis

• Windows OS Patching, Driver and firmware updates

• Ability to lift 50lbs, datacenter racking\stacking, cabling.


1. Performs systems maintenance, upgrades, capacity planning, and administration.

2. Lead the development of incident response plans, workflows, and SOPs

3. Must have expert understanding of vmware concepts and cloud platform concepts.

4. Provide technical guidance to team members.

5. Strong logical/critical thinking abilities.

6. Investigates, troubleshoots, and resolves incidents and problems within defined service level agreements (SLAs).

7. Communicates effectively with various entities, including account managers, remote site personnel, and client technical and non-technical resources.

8. Previous hands-on experience with x86 hardware IBM/Lenovo.


1. Relevant industry certification a preferred VCP, MCSE

2. Scripting Knowledge with PowerShell, bash, python and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy.

3. Adaption to new methodology, tools and technologies.
