Opening for a Recruiting Coordinator for the Norfolk, NE area. This Coordinator will administer all recruitment and staffing needs for three food manufacturing locations throughout the Midwest.

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.

• 1-3 years recruiting experience.

• Understanding of HR best practices relative to recruitment and onboarding.

• Accomplished verbal, written and presentation skills.

• Bilingual in Spanish is favored.

• Notable computer skills in MS Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates,

• Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting:

o Recruiting

o Screening

o Testing

• Suggest placement of staff by using creative techniques, possess a good knowledge of both the overall business goals and functions of the facilities.
