Key duties in the Administrative/Office Assistant role include the following:

Providing administrative support to a key manager in the operations division

Tracking shipping data using Excel

Providing support to the logistics and shipping groups

Serving as the liaison or point person for the department with internal and external communication

Coordinating meetings

Various projects as needed based on business demands

Qualified candidates for the Administrative/Office Assistant role will have the following skills/qualifications:

Intermediate to advanced MS Office
