Job description:

We are looking for candidates who are interested in making their career in Business Development of IT Company. We are hiring BDE Executives who can bring potential clients to the business and who can increase existing database.

Responsibilites and Duties:

-Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.

-Building business relationships with current and potential clients.

-Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.

-Developing customized targeted sales strategies.

esponsibilities and Skills:

-Good knowledge of the IT services and experience of International Marketing is an added advantage.

-Good Team Player.

-Experience in IT Sales Only.

-Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.

-Closing sales and working with client through closing process.

-Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.

-Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews.

-Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software.


Exp. - 6 months - 1 year preferably in an IT company.

Qualification : Any Graduate with good verbal & written communication Skills:

Problem solver with excellent attention to detail,

Confident engaging with all levels of management,

Solid communication skills,

IT and business orientated,

A basic understanding of the sales process,

Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint),

Basic proposition knowledge,"
