Primary HRBP support for 1 VP, 2 Directors and 2 Sr Managers, dispersed in Boston, Seattle and Sunnyvale

Required Skills:

•Strong executive communication skills.

•Experience working with science/highly technical senior leaders in large organization.

•Ability to flex between multiple leadership styles – adaptable.

•Able to go high and low: ex. flex between coaching senior leader and manage ER investigation.

•Ability to manage projects.

•Quick learner.

•Very strong data and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

•Bachelor’s Degree.

•Program/Project Management Experience.

•Compensation Background.

Role Specifics:

•Generally standard hours, anticipate some travel to Seattle.

•About 3-5 Boston teammates.

•Will work as part of a team but will also need to be independent.

•Will likely be sitting in the office of the person of who they are covering.

•The VP that this person is reporting to is based out of Seattle.

•Case by case basis for WFH flexibility.

Candidate Specifics:

•Very seasoned HR business partner.

•12 years of experience.

•Must have experience supporting scientists/technical environment.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

•12-15 years of experience.

•Large org experience.

•Previous work supporting technology field – software developers/scientists - not IT.

•A degree in Organizational psychology.

•Analytical skills, be good with numbers and data.

•Program management experience – end to end programming.

•Experience owning and driving a program.

•Written word proficiency.
