Job Description:

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a very important client.

Responsibilities:

- Providing support to Talent Acquisition team

- Scheduling candidate and hiring manager interviews

- Assisting in ensuring exceptional candidate experience

- Development and posting of job descriptions on internal and external career sites

- Preparation of offer letters and offer packets

- Facilitation and review, of background screening for new employees who have accepted the offer for employment

- Coordination of the intern talent acquisition process

- Updating status in the applicant tracking system for reporting purposes and preparation of associated reports

- Assisting with preparation of materials related to Career Fairs or Open Houses and consolidation and distribution of resumes post-event

- Organizing and maintaining files, records and documentation

- Assisting Talent Acquisition team with special projects or other administrative responsibilities

Requirement:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred; or a combination of related coursework and experience.

- 1-3 years’ related experience

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in a corporate Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Department Experience

- Experience with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems, specifically ICIMS and WorkDay

- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as ClearanceJobs and LinkedIn
