Job Description: We are looking for an Agile Requirements Analyst with solid experience conducting change management, scope management, issue management, stakeholder resolution management, scheduling and communication management. You must understand the overall business vision and objectives, and provide the Business SME’s guidance on prioritization, release planning, and overall agile processes as they relate to requirements. Some of your daily responsibilities would include: accurately scoping out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; setting objectives and goals; breaking down work into the process steps; developing schedules and tasking/people assignments; anticipating and adjusting for problems and road blocks; measuring performance against goals and evaluating results. It is expected that you posses critical thinking, excellent communication skills, detail oriented and a team first attitude. Creative and adaptive abilities are essential as is the ability to partner with Business/Requirement and Quality Analyst Leads. You must have experience measuring and managing the quality of requirements and work products while maintaining the knowledge base on existing application functionality – reusable processes and workable products and the enhancing of common Agile methodologies and frameworks. You will be tasked with balancing business need for changes with current system constraints while promoting an environment of sharing, exploration and collaboration. Additionally, you will engage in and support professional strategies and initiatives while standardizing metrics and tools to support delivery models and capability improvement items.
