Receptionist (Microsoft Office Suite/Pleasant Phone Voice - Duluth, GA

We are a law firm specializing in real estate law and transactions and we are currently seeking to hire an awesome Receptionist for our Duluth, GA location.

Job Requirements: Receptionist (Microsoft Office Suite/Pleasant Phone Voice):

Must have:

1. Two – Five years of Receptionist experience answering multiple calls, greeting incoming clients and preparing documents using Microsoft Office Suite among other experience.

2. A very warm personality.

3. Be very reliable, dependable and punctual.

4. An Associates Degree in Business Administration 2 - 5 years receptionist experience or High School Diploma with 5 years receptionist experience.

5. Receptionists with industry experience in real estate or law firm (are also) encourage to apply for this role

6. Strong working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word and Excel)

7. Live in Duluth, GA or within 20 – 30 minutes of Duluth, GA and have reliable transportation.

Receptionists on our team enjoy the following:

1. Hours of Work: 8am - 4pm (Mon - Fri).

2. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate

3. Hourly rate: $11 - 14 per hour (depending on receptionist experience)
