Job Description/Skills: We are looking for someone who is passionate about Agile and is constantly looking for ways to improve existing processes who sees the big picture while all-the-time paying attention to small details and ever-constant changes and modifications. As such, you will be working with the business by providing functional and analytical support in the areas of reporting and internal controls while working with cross function teams to improve the quality of the services being delivered as well as assisting in the testing and integration of new solutions. You must have a strong passion for customer experience and be able to empathize with users’ goals and challenges while demonstrating good instincts about consumer behavior and cross-functional team building and enterprise business dynamics. You must be personally accountable for your work and love creating value for your users. You will work collaborative with process owners to facilitate implementation of new business processes and modifications.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes to provide input in development and testing

• Gather, document and clearly communicate project requirements from business and project teams

• Partner with cross functional teams to influence decision making when resolving defects and defining business and functional requirements

• Partner with testing team to create and execute test scenarios and test scripts. Ensure completeness in validation.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize, manage time and meet aggressive deadlines.

• Strong time and project management skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation and facilitation abilities.

• Ability to motivate and work cross-functionally and with outside vendors.

• Highly motivated/self-starter with a sense of ownership, and a strong desire to succeed.

• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment and manage competing priorities.

• Ability to perform system analysis and development of solutions to unique issues
