PSSR Heavy Equipment
You will be responsible for growing parts and service sales for this region. This position shall be responsible for attaining satisfactory service and parts sale volumes while maintaining accurate market information. This position will work to achieve sales and profit goals by promoting and selling Products high quality parts and factory trained services. This position will require 75% travel.

Develop new accounts through prospecting, networking, cold calling and referrals.
Provide sales support to retain existing accounts, work and close daily opportunities, continuously expanding the customer base.
Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships.
Communicate daily with sales team/management on the status of orders and customer concerns.
Markets the value of company Products reputation for quality work.
Researches new markets, business trends, and customers within the region.
Develops good knowledge of competitive products, services and suppliers.
Provides daily feedback to the General Manager on customer satisfaction and current projects.
Follows up with customers on all orders for parts and services to ensure they are completely satisfied with their experience.
Resolves customer issues when they arise
Works with the General Manager to ensure that all customer requests for quotations are addressed in a timely manner
Maintains detailed customer records and industry information
Ensure compliance in all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies and procedures for a goal of zero incidents and injuries.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree
3+ years' sales experience in construction machinery or heavy equipment is preferred
Must be proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
Ability to work with multiple computer programs/Software to obtain the required level of detail necessary when creating quotations and presentations
Valid driver’s license and successful driving record
Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, listening and presentation skills.
Excellent customer service and prospecting skills with the ability to approach the sales process creatively and in a professional and consultative manner.
Basic knowledge on engine, hydraulic, and electric systems, and fleet maintenance
Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with high customer service focus.
Ability to multi-task and work quickly and accurately
Ability to develop business relationships with internal and external customers
