Required Skills and Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience supporting, configuring, executing changes, and developing reports in Smartsheet

• Strong experience administering Smartsheet including control center, reporting, and dashboard

• Must have a deep technical understanding of Smartsheet from an administration level, not just as a user of the tool

• PMO experience is required

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Integration experience with Tempus is preferred

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between the customer community and business management office team via clearly documented functional, system, and process requirements. They will work with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis and use cases.

The candidate will evaluate the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the clients’ business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for executing changes within Smartsheet and Tempus.
