The right candidate will have 1+ of C-Store Management will be able to provide effective, enthusiastic leadership in managing store employees and business partners to provide outstanding customer satisfaction.

This hire will be able to resolve customer concerns and provide a CLEAN, WELL-STOCKED store; be able to hire dedicated, friendly, customer service oriented employees; provide training for employees; foster a team atmosphere; execute merchandising and promotions and maintain sufficient stock; and be able to delegate and mentor all team members.

In addition to the above, the Manager is responsible for ordering and stocking; facility maintenance; coordination of daily operations; food safety and loss prevention and safety.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
