Job Description: We seeking an experienced .NET developer with a proven track record in designing, developing, deploying and supporting Production level, quality .NET web applications. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well exceptional organizational skills for working on project-based software projects. You will be expected to contribute and at times lead clients and technical staff to investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems related to system functions, programming, and procedures. Familiarity and understanding of integration techniques and technologies (Mule is an advantage) and experience working on an Agile team is non-negotiable.


Participate in the development and support of various public websites

Troubleshoot and correct application bugs/defects

Analyze, design and code application enhancements

Perform unit, system and integration testing as appropriate

Assist the QA analyst, programmers and architects


10+ years of experience with Microsoft .Net Framework

5+ years of experience with C#

5+ years of experience with HTML & CSS

5+ years of experience with ASP.NET Web Forms

3+ years of experience with ASP.NET MVC w/Razor

3+ years of experience with ASP.NET Web API

2+ years of experience with LINQ

2+ years of experience with Ajax & JSON

4+ years of experience with JavaScript & jQuery

3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000-2012

3+ years of experience with major source control systems such as Microsoft Visual Source Safe (VSS) and Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2005/2013

Experience developing Rest Based Web Services

Requirements Include

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field. Master’s degree is a plus

Demonstrated experience writing .NET (C#) web applications

MS SQL experience – queries, stored procedures, tables, joins, and TSQL

Strong coding, debugging and problem-solving skills

Profile and measure software quality and performance as we continually improve our code base

Perform code reviews and help mentor engineers on the team

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming language paradigms

Experience with Web API and/or with RESTful or RESTful like API’s

Experience developing in an Agile environment

Experience with Git or similar version control tool

Understanding of Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture

Front End development technologies is preferred – JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Microsoft Azure is a plus

Experience with test driven development (TDD) is a plus

Experience in a DevOps environment – continuous testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment; is a plus

Great communication skills to collaborate cross-group and work effectively within the team

Willingness to learn

Ability to follow set standards and take direction

Ability to analyze and propose solutions to problems
