Position Description: We are looking for a Requirements Analyst with solid experience conducting change management,scope management, issue management, stakeholder resolution management, scheduling and communication management. It is expected that you posses critical thinking, excellent communication skills, detail oriented and a team first attitude. Creative and adaptive abilities are essential as is the ability to partner with Business/Requirement and Analyst Leads. You must have experience measuring and managing the quality of requirements and work products while maintaining the knowledge base on existing application functionality – reusable processes and workable products and the enhancing of common Agile methodologies and frameworks. You will be tasked with balancing business need for changes with current system constraints while promoting an environment of sharing, exploration and collaboration. Additionally, you will engage in and support professional strategies and initiatives while standardizing metrics and tools to support delivery models and capability improvement items.

Responsibilities:

Requirements analysis, management, and communication

Developing user stories and breaking down requirements into deliverable functionality

Analyze business issues and identify solutions that meet business goals

Analyze application/business domain data requirements and business rules, understanding the data flow from source to screen

Recognize and predict use cases to help design intuitive applications

Process Mapping

Negotiate and communicate priority for new features and capabilities

Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as an RA in an enterprise corporate applications environment

Able to take feedback constructively and iterate on ideas and solutions from multiple stakeholders with differing opinions

Detailed perfectionist who can effectively work out all the details when presented with big ideas

Experience working within an agile development process, specifically with Scrum and backlog management tools

Understanding of user-centric design

Excellent written communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders; i.e. technical developers, business leaders and users

Must have solid and proven experience working with the Agile methodology
